Salesforce Stock Jumps 2.54% After-Hours Amid Fin Acquisition

Salesforce stock rose by 2.54 percent in after-hours trading on October 1, 2026, closing at EUR 207.88.

This increase comes after the company completed its acquisition of Fin, formerly Intercom, on September 10. The deal brings Fin's customer agent platform and technical artificial-intelligence team to Salesforce, along with a customer base of over 30,000 companies.

Salesforce also declared a quarterly cash dividend of USD 0.44 per share on September 3, payable on October 8 to shareholders of record as of September 17.
