Salesforce Taps Former Microsoft Executive for Iberia Leadership

Salesforce has appointed Natalia Escobedo as its new senior vice president and top executive for Iberia, replacing Enrique Polo de Lara who had been at the helm for over a decade.

The company emphasized that this appointment occurs at a crucial moment for its expansion in the region, with a focus on accelerating the implementation of agentic AI technologies, data, and CRM.

Natalia Escobedo joins Salesforce from Microsoft where she spent 11 years in various positions, including leading the public sector business in Spain and being part of the management committee.
