Salesforce Unleashes AI-Powered Slackforce Surfaces in Slack

Salesforce has introduced Slackforce Surfaces, an AI-powered interface to Salesforce built directly into the flow of work in Slack. This new feature allows users to transform data from Salesforce and beyond into rich, interactive experiences inside Slack.

The idea behind Slackforce Surfaces is to bridge the gap between having access to information and turning it into something actionable. According to Salesforce co-founder Parker Harris, 'You may never log in to Salesforce again.'

Slackforce Surfaces lets users describe what they need in plain language, and Slackbot builds a live, interactive interface that reflects real-time data. This interface can be used by teams to explore data, drill into records, discuss what they're seeing, and take the next step without breaking the flow of work.

Slackforce Surfaces are available today for customers on Enterprise+, Business+, Pro, Legacy, and Free Teams who have Slackbot enabled for their workspace. The live data feature will begin rollout in October.
