Salesforce Unlocks Enterprise Capabilities for Authorized AI Agents

Salesforce is expanding its Headless 360 platform to make enterprise applications reusable capabilities that any authorized AI agent can securely discover and use.

This move builds on Salesforce's history of openness, which began over 27 years ago with the enterprise web API.

The expansion includes new Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers, Data 360 capabilities, Slack integrations, developer tools, reusable Skills, and headless experiences across every major cloud.
