Salesforce held its Investor Day to showcase its 'agentic enterprise' strategy centered on AI-powered interfaces, enterprise data management, and agent governance. The company outlined a demo-driven approach to demonstrate how AI is changing customer workflows.

The event highlighted customers such as Siemens and Adecco Group, which have implemented Salesforce's Claudeforce technology to access connected tools and return answers, dashboards, or applications through Anthropic's Claude.

Salesforce introduced an AIforce Max edition priced at $550 per user per month and expects organic subscription and support revenue growth to re-accelerate. The company has set a long-term financial framework with a $63 billion revenue target by 2030.

The event also featured the launch of Agent Fabric, which allows for monitoring agent latency, error rates, policy violations, request volumes, and costs. Salesforce's Koa is its first CRM reasoning model, post-trained using NVIDIA's open-weight Nemotron model with Salesforce's CRM knowledge and data research.
