Salesforce Unveils AI Force at Dreamforce 2026

Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff opened Dreamforce 2026 in San Francisco by unveiling AI Force, an agentic interface built with Anthropic's Claude. This new product is designed to bring 'trapped value' out of enterprise systems and connect the world's leading AI models to Salesforce's CRM.

Bienioff highlighted that AI Force allows any surface or interface to become a coworker, making it easier for users to access the information they need without having to navigate multiple screens. The platform is built on top of Agent Force, Data 360, and other new products designed to multiply intelligence and give businesses a 360-degree view of their customers.

The AI Force interface itself becomes dynamic, intelligent, and open, allowing users to access the information they need in real-time. Benioff emphasized that this is not just about choosing one AI model over another, but about having access to the best intelligence for whatever task needs to be done.
