Salesforce has announced AIforce, a live interface layer that brings the full power of its platform to any interface. This move is part of Salesforce's Agentic Enterprise architecture, which includes Data 360, Customer 360, and Agentforce.

AIforce empowers anyone to build composable, intelligent, live interfaces, wherever work happens. With this technology, companies can unlock tremendous value from all the business knowledge already inside Salesforce. Employees who have never opened a dashboard can now ask questions, update records, and trigger workflows, grounded in real Salesforce data and business logic.

AIforce also allows anyone to build their own UI by describing it, inside platforms like Slack, Claude, and Coworker. This gives everyone their own UI, built to surface exactly the insights they need, when and where they need them.
