Salesforce Unveils AIforce, Headless Strategy Takes a Giant Leap Forward

Salesforce has unveiled its next chapter in Headless strategy, introducing AIforce as a collective term for solutions that bring Salesforce capabilities to other platforms. This includes Claudeforce, which integrates Claude with Salesforce's MCP server, offering 37 ready-to-use sales skills and allowing users to manage their Salesforce environment directly within Claude.

Another solution is Slackforce, which adds more capabilities to the platform on which Slackbot runs, enabling users to display data from Salesforce in interactive Slack surfaces. Agentforce Coworker is also introduced, an agent integrated into the Salesforce Lightning interface that provides assistance and utilizes all available Agentforce agents to support work.

Salesforce has partnered with Anthropic for Claudeforce and plans to make Agentforce Coworker available in third-party applications, including Microsoft Teams. The company's Headless Toolkit offers an architecture built on MCP servers, APIs, plugins, skills, and development tools that developers can use.
