Salesforce Unveils AIforce, Revolutionizing Artificial Intelligence Interface
Salesforce has unveiled AIforce, an artificial intelligence interface layer that brings the power of its platform to users through composable agents.
With AIforce, users and businesses don't have to come to Salesforce to get work done; it can come to them and their AI agents. This new technology allows for business logic, semantics, security, and governance to be provided by the company's platform.
The announcement was made at Dreamforce conference in San Francisco, where Salesforce also released Claudeforce, Slackforce, and Agentforce Coworker. These tools bring the skills, cookbooks, dashboards, triggered workflows, wiring, and packaged interfaces users already work with to a new level of efficiency.
Claudeforce extends the company's partnership with Anthropic PBC, bringing 37 prebuilt sales skills that cover everything from prospecting to pipeline hygiene. Slackforce lives where users already do most of their communication and work, primarily alongside AI chatbots and agents.
