Salesforce Unveils Enterprise-Scale AI Architecture

Salesforce has launched its Trusted Enterprise AI Harness, a comprehensive architecture that brings together six key capabilities to enable businesses to trust and utilize artificial intelligence at scale.

The six capabilities include trusted context, agency, action, governance, security, and models. These are designed to work together seamlessly, allowing enterprises to use the system as one or pick and choose individual components based on their specific needs.

A new AI Control Plane is also being introduced, providing a centralized management platform for agents and AI across the enterprise. This will enable businesses to discover, register, and manage AI capabilities, as well as control costs and evaluate performance.

The Trusted Enterprise AI Harness is built on top of existing Salesforce technologies, including Data 360, Informatica, MuleSoft, and Agent Fabric. It's designed to be flexible and adaptable, allowing customers to use their existing technology or mix and match with Salesforce products.
