Salesforce has introduced Koa, its first CRM reasoning model for Agentforce, which promises to reduce errors in customer relationship tasks by several times compared to leading general-purpose models.

The move comes as enterprise software shares are under pressure from a broad artificial intelligence selloff and Treasury yields that have climbed to multi-year highs.

Salesforce has spent the last few sessions trading in a narrow band near the middle of its recent range, with modest daily swings that mirror the wider software group.
