Salesforce Unveils Seven New AI Agents for Agentforce Platform
Salesforce has expanded its Agentforce platform with seven new AI agents designed to tackle different parts of the working world. The company announced the update just before its annual gathering and expo, Dreamforce 2026.
The new agents, named Casey, Paige, Carter, Hunter, Marshall, Piper, and Fin, have all been given human names to make working with them easier. Most of the agents are already available, while Hunter is still in pilot phase and will launch by the end of November this year.
Each agent has a specific function: Casey helps with customer service issues, Paige resolves IT and HR requests, Carter assists shoppers, Marshall orchestrates supply chain processes, Piper generates inbound leads, and Fin resolves complex customer experience workflows. Hunter is an outbound sales agent that works a sales pipeline from research to outreach.
Salesforce highlighted some success numbers for the agents, including 60% of Perk's sales pipeline being built by Hunter, 70% of administrative requests with Paige at Autism Queensland, and Fin resolving 79% of Anthropic's conversations. Piper has also increased Asana's conversion volume by four times.
