Salesforce Unveils Seven Prebuilt AI Agents with Long-Horizon Runtime

Salesforce has released seven prebuilt AI agents for various tasks such as customer support, IT help desk, online shopping, and outbound sales. Six of the agents are generally available, while one, Hunter, is in pilot and will be released in November 2026.

Hunter is an outbound sales agent that works a pipeline from research through outreach and collaborates with sellers over weeks and months. It runs on Salesforce's new runtime, which allows an agent to hold a goal across days and weeks rather than a single conversation.

The agents are each built for specific jobs and connect to Customer 360. They can be renamed by customers and operate inside the buyer's own business rules, permissions, and security model. Behaviour can be specified through Agent Script, which combines model reasoning with deterministic rules.
