Salesforce Unveils Trusted Enterprise AI Harness

Salesforce has introduced its Trusted Enterprise AI Harness, a common architecture that provides AI agents with a shared understanding of customers and businesses.

The harness groups six capabilities under one composable architecture: context, agency, action, governance, security, and models. Customers can run all six as one system or take only what they need.

The Trusted Enterprise AI Harness is built on Data 360, Informatica, MuleSoft, Agent Fabric, Tableau, Agentforce, Salesforce Guardian, and the Salesforce Platform.
