Salesforce's Agentforce Coworker has seen a remarkable surge in adoption, with usage soaring 21 times in just three months. Over 185,000 users are now leveraging the AI-powered tool, including companies like The Adecco Group, which is expanding its use across 40 countries. The platform's latest updates enhance its capabilities, making it smarter, more proactive, and accessible across Microsoft Teams, mobile, and desktop environments.

The new features include reusable Skills that allow employees to rely on proven workflows, Conversation History to pick up where they left off, and upcoming scheduled tasks to keep work moving without constant follow-up. Priced at $50 per user per month, the tool is designed to be simple and predictable, encouraging broader enterprise adoption.

Agentforce Coworker integrates deeply with Salesforce's existing data, metadata, and permissions, ensuring security and governance are maintained. It coordinates specialized agents and workflows to help employees complete complex tasks efficiently. For example, a seller can delegate an at-risk renewal investigation, and Coworker will gather relevant data, identify unresolved issues, and coordinate follow-up actions.

James Nakashima, SVP of Product Management at Salesforce, emphasized the tool's practicality: 'The next era of enterprise AI isn’t about giving users more agents to manage. It’s about giving them one Coworker that brings the right agents together to get work done.' The tool is now available with new connectivity options for Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, as well as new apps for iOS, Mac, and Windows.
