Salesforce's Missionforce Platform Surges Ahead in Government Sector
Salesforce marked its one-year anniversary of Missionforce, an AI-driven platform for government agencies. Over this period, Salesforce has seen tremendous growth in its public sector business, particularly in the defense sector, which grew by a staggering 80% year-over-year.
Missionforce aims to bring trusted data and actionable intelligence to the government's most critical missions across more than 30 countries, 60 U.S. federal agencies, all 15 U.S. Cabinet departments, all 50 states, and all six branches of the U.S. military.
The platform has gained significant traction, with several notable deployments. The U.S. Army awarded Salesforce a 10-year contract worth $5.6 billion to expand Missionforce National Security across the Army and Department of War.
Other agencies, such as the U.S. Air Force 441st Vehicle Support Chain Operations Squadron (VSCOS), have also adopted Missionforce to modernize their operations and improve readiness.
