Samsung's New Flagship Takes Down Google in Key Areas
The Google Pixel 11 and Samsung Galaxy S26 are two of the latest flagship smartphones that have been making waves in the market. On paper, both phones seem almost interchangeable, with identical specs such as a 6.3-inch screen, 12GB of RAM, and 256GB of base storage.
However, a closer look at their performance reveals significant differences. The Galaxy S26's Exynos 2600 processor is significantly faster than the Pixel 11's Tensor G6, with scores of 3,315 single-core and 11,310 multi-core in Geekbench 6, compared to the Pixel's 2,671 and 6,802.
This speed difference translates into real-world performance, particularly when it comes to gaming. The Galaxy S26's Adreno GPU scored 263% higher than the Tensor G6's in AnTuTu, making it a clear winner for gamers.
But that's not all - the Galaxy S26 also has an LTPO display, which drops to 1Hz when idle, saving power. Additionally, Samsung's One UI offers more features and customization options compared to Google's Pixel software.
