San Antonio's Coca-Cola Bottling Facility Doubles in Size with $42 Million Expansion

San Antonio's Coca-Cola bottling facility has expanded by nearly 170,000 square feet, adding a second production line and increasing storage capacity. The $42 million project is part of Arca Continental's efforts to meet growing demand in Central Texas.

The expansion doubles the facility's footprint, allowing for up to 20% more finished product to be stored during peak seasons. This increased capacity will help Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages better manage seasonal fluctuations and holiday demand.

As part of this project, the company added approximately 80 employees, bringing total employment at the San Antonio operation to around 900 workers.
