Sanchez Levi Garrett has made a new investment in Apple Inc., purchasing 17,245 shares of the iPhone maker's stock during the second quarter. The fund valued this purchase at approximately $4,990,000 and now holds Apple as its ninth-largest holding, accounting for 2.7% of its overall portfolio.

While some investors are optimistic about Apple's prospects, others may be more cautious due to ongoing legal challenges. A U.S. jury recently ordered Apple to pay approximately $5.7 billion to Taction Technology for infringing patents covering haptic feedback used in products such as the iPhone and Apple Watch.
