IBM has partnered with SingHealth, Singapore's largest public healthcare group, to modernize their payroll infrastructure. The project involved migrating SingHealth's payroll and custom applications from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA on a Private RISE model.

The successful completion of this project makes SingHealth the first healthcare cluster in Singapore to move to SAP S/4HANA. IBM Consulting led the project, working alongside SingHealth and its payment processing partner 1FSS.

Abraham Thomas, managing partner at IBM Consulting for ASEAN, highlighted the complexity of the migration process. 'As organisations across the region modernise their critical systems, SingHealth's experience demonstrates that even the most complex migrations can be executed without interruption.'
