Scotland's Favourite Small Businesses Get Spotlight Ahead of Small Business Saturday
The Small Business Saturday campaign has kicked off in Scotland, highlighting five small firms from across the country as part of the UK's favourite businesses for 2026.
The annual campaign, now in its second decade in the UK, encourages people to 'shop local' and support businesses in their communities. This year's selection includes outdoor adventure experience Wild Cairns, Eat, Sleep, Ride - an off-grid equine sanctuary and social enterprise, Ooshky - a one-person business designing Scottish whisky water jugs, Zoe Davidson Jewellery, and GiftRound - a brand that aims to make group gifting simple and stress-free.
The five businesses will be showcased as part of the official countdown to the main Small Business Saturday event on December 5. As part of the initiative, American Express will award two businesses featured on the list grants of £10,000 each to support their future growth.
