Seamus Ruiz-Earle Builds and Sells Revolutionary Consulting Firm at Just 24
Seamus Ruiz-Earle is an American entrepreneur and investor known for building a category-defining consultancy, Carabiner Group, which he started from his childhood bedroom during the COVID-19 pandemic at just 17 years old. He pioneered and trademarked the RevOps-as-a-Service model, which was acquired by SBI in May 2024 in a high seven-figure transaction.
Ruiz-Earle had been working on Salesforce's platform since he was 18, becoming one of the youngest known Trailhead Rangers and Trailblazers in history. He graduated from Boston College with dual degrees in History and Economics and went on to start Carabiner Group, which employed 30 people by 2022 and reached $7 million in annual revenue.
In 2023, Forbes named Ruiz-Earle to its 30 Under 30 list in Enterprise Technology at just 23 years old. He publicly attributed the honor to the discipline of revenue operations rather than himself, highlighting his goal of legitimizing this operational function within enterprise software.
