Sepehran Airlines Boeing 737 Makes Emergency Landing After Cabin Ceiling Collapses Mid-Flight

A Sepehran Airlines Boeing 737 was forced to make an emergency landing in Iran after its cabin ceiling partially collapsed due to severe vibrations caused by a burst tyre.

The incident occurred on September 15, when the plane took off from Mashhad for Kermanshah. Shortly after takeoff, one of the tyres on the landing gear reportedly burst, causing damage to an engine and intense vibrations inside the aircraft.

Passengers aboard the flight were left terrified as parts of the cabin ceiling lining and overhead compartments came loose, with belongings falling onto them. The pilot turned the plane around and returned it to Mashhad Hashemi Nejad International Airport, where it made a safe emergency landing.
