ServiceNow Launches Integration Hub: Revolutionizing Enterprise Connectivity
ServiceNow Integration Hub is a low-code platform that allows users to connect their ServiceNow instance with external systems and automate work across them. This hub provides a simple way to integrate ServiceNow with various applications, including Jira, Microsoft Teams, Slack, Salesforce, SAP, Active Directory, and many more.
Integration Hub uses spokes, reusable integration packages for specific platforms or services. These spokes can be installed in the ServiceNow instance and used to connect with external systems. Actions are the individual operations provided by a spoke, which can be used in Flow Designer to perform tasks in third-party tools.
The Connection, Credential, and Alias system helps users authenticate with external systems and allows for abstraction between integration actions and actual connections. This is particularly useful in enterprise environments where different connections may be required for different environments such as Development, Test, and Production.
