SES Completes O3b mPOWER Satellite Constellation with Final Launch

SES has completed its O3b mPOWER satellite constellation with the launch of three final satellites, F11, F12, and F13. This milestone enables SES to expand high-speed connectivity and improve digital services for customers worldwide.

The completed constellation will add capacity to the medium Earth orbit (MEO) network, helping to meet growing bandwidth demand from SES customers. Active customers using O3b mPOWER's network capabilities include cruise lines, government organizations, civil entities, mobile operators, and commercial airlines.

Boeing's payload technology enables the satellites to dynamically route bandwidth, focus beam power, and adjust capacity in real-time to match evolving connectivity needs. This support includes helping students in remote communities connect online for schoolwork or physicians in small villages provide improved telehealth support for patients.
