Seven Teams Win Boeing India's University Innovation Leadership Development Program

Boeing India announced seven teams as winners of its University Innovation Leadership Development Program (BUILD) for 2025-26. The program, now in its fifth edition, supports university students and early-stage start-up entrepreneurs to develop their ideas into market-ready business solutions.

The winning teams are Aerosearch Technologies, Alkamy Carbon, DIASOL Pvt. Ltd., EarthSprint Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Oreejoy MedTech Pvt. Ltd, StelX Dynamics, and SWRN Systems Pvt. Ltd. Each team will receive a grant of INR 10 lakh to support the development of their ideas.

Salil Gupte, president of Boeing India and South Asia, said that the program has helped bring together India's startup ecosystem, creating pathways for promising ideas to move beyond competition and toward real-world opportunities. Over five years, BUILD has received more than 5,000 applications and supported over 28 startups across various sectors.

The finalists work closely with Boeing engineers and technologists to transform their ideas into viable business solutions. Stacie Sire, vice president and managing director of Boeing India Engineering & Technology Center, and chief engineer, said that BUILD creates a unique opportunity for the company to engage with the next generation of innovators.
