Sherwin-Williams' 2027 Paint Color Forecast: 48 Shades to Inspire Creativity

Sherwin-Williams has introduced its 2027 Rewild Colormix Trend Forecast, featuring 48 paint colors designed to inspire creativity and personal expression. The collection is divided into three themes: Revive (heritage and heirloom), Reignite (emotional and bold), and Reconnect (rich and natural).

Southern designers have shared their thoughts on the new colors. Laura Hodges, owner of Laura Hodges Studio in Catonsville, Maryland, developed a Grounded in Nature palette that incorporates deep, saturated colors with historical references.

Hodges highlighted several colors from the Revive theme, including SW 6286 Mature Grape and SW 9605 Clove. She recommended using these rich jewel tones to create an immersive experience in smaller rooms.
