Sherwin-Williams Expands North Carolina Paint Facility
Sherwin-Williams has expanded its architectural paint and coatings manufacturing facility in Statesville, North Carolina. The facility is now the company's largest plant in North America.
The expansion added nearly 50,000 square feet of improvements, including new production space, automation enhancements, four rail spurs, and related infrastructure.
The project was supported by approved incentives from the state of North Carolina, Iredell County, and the City of Statesville through a public-private partnership. The location was selected for expansion due to its access to transportation infrastructure, skilled workforce, and strategic position within the company's manufacturing and distribution network.
