Sherwin-Williams Loses Shareholder Confidence as Compass Sells Stake

Compass Capital Management Inc. has reduced its stake in The Sherwin-Williams Company (NYSE:SHW) by selling 7,842 shares in the first quarter.

The company owned a total of 165,696 shares after the sale, which accounts for about 3.1% of Compass Capital's portfolio and makes SHW their 18th largest holding.

This move comes as other institutional investors are also adjusting their stakes in Sherwin-Williams, with Wilkerson Advisory Group LLC increasing its holdings by 172.4% during the same quarter.

The Sherwin-Williams Company is a global manufacturer and distributor of paints, coatings, and related products, with a market capitalization of $82.83 billion.
