Sherwin-Williams Picks Celery as 2027 Color of the Year
Sherwin-Williams has announced its annual Color of the Year for 2027. The chosen color is 'celery', described as a soft, muted green with subtle yellow undertones. This selection was made in collaboration with HGTV Home by Sherwin-Williams. According to Ashley Banbury, color marketing manager at Sherwin-Williams, the color reflects current priorities of wellness, balance, and connection.
Homeowners and designers are increasingly seeking soothing environments that support mental health and overall well-being, said Banbury. This shift has also driven interest in eco-inspired design, with a greater emphasis on bringing elements of nature indoors through color. The 'celery' color is now available for purchase at local Sherwin-Williams stores and online.
