Sherwin-Williams Unveils 2027 Colormix Trend Forecast: Rewild

Sherwin-Williams has announced its 2027 Colormix Trend Forecast, called Rewild. The forecast features 48 handpicked hues that are designed to be mixed and layered freely by designers, homeowners, and professionals.

The team at Sherwin-Williams Trendsight developed the forecast through extensive research, data analysis, and global trend monitoring. They identified three distinct design stories: Revive, Reignite, and Reconnect.

Revive is about reverence for the past, with a focus on heritage revival and timeworn touches. Reignite is about rediscovering the spark of modern design, with chromatic tension and tactile contrast. Reconnect is about deeper ties between humans and nature, with a growing respect for local traditions and the earth as a living collaborator.

The 2027 Colormix Trend Forecast also introduces ten Continuity Colors that are designed to transcend trends and can be paired with the colors of Rewild to ground and refine any palette or project.
