Singapore Airlines Boosts Hong Kong Route With Double Capacity
Singapore Airlines is doubling its First Class capacity on one of its busiest routes from September to October this year.
The airline will replace two Airbus A350 Long Haul flights with Boeing 777-300ERs, increasing the number of First Class seats per day in each direction from four to eight. The upgraded flights, SQ894 and SQ895, will operate between Singapore and Hong Kong from September 1 to October 24, 2026.
The additional capacity is not only beneficial for passengers but also for KrisFlyer members who can now redeem more First Class awards on the route. In fact, there are already instantly confirmable First Class Saver awards available on some dates in September and October.
