Sitharaman Meets with JPMorgan's Dimon in Mumbai Amid Positive Market Outlook

Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman met with Jamie Dimon, Chairman and CEO of JPMorgan Chase & Co., in Mumbai during the investment bank's India Investor Conference.

The meeting took place as part of Dimon's travel agenda, which included scheduled meetings with top executives from major Indian conglomerates.

JPMorgan has maintained a positive outlook on the Indian market, retaining its target of 27,000 for the Nifty 50 benchmark index and estimating earnings growth for MSCI India at 11 per cent for CY26 and 13 per cent for CY27.
