South Dakota Council Boosts MSFT Stake to $170B

The South Dakota Investment Council has significantly increased its holdings in Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ:MSFT). According to its latest Form 13F filing, the council lifted its shares of MSFT by 2.4% during the first quarter.

The firm now owns 461,233 shares of Microsoft's stock after purchasing an additional 10,641 shares during the quarter.

Microsoft accounts for about 3.3% of South Dakota Investment Council's portfolio, making it the council's 5th biggest position.
