SpaceX Secures $13B in Annualized Revenue with AI Hosting Deal
SpaceX has made a blockbuster move in the AI infrastructure market by signing a hosting agreement worth $1.11 billion per month.
This deal is expected to significantly boost SpaceX's revenue, with management confident that it can reach an annual recurring revenue run rate of $100 billion by the end of 2026.
The new contract begins on December 1 and represents about $13 billion in annualized revenue at its initial monthly rate.
CFO Bret Johnsen said this agreement gives management greater confidence in reaching their goal, although it's worth noting that the figure represents an exit run rate rather than revenue actually collected during 2026.
SpaceX currently uses Nvidia processors exclusively and believes its relationship with the chipmaker will help secure scarce GPU supply.
