The Spicy McNuggets were a variation of their classic nugget coating, mixed with cayenne and chili pepper. The last time Mighty Hot Sauce was available was in 2021, described as 'mighty hot' by some fans.

These spicy items are part of McDonald's lineup for September, along with new drinks such as a diet Dirty Dr. Pepper, Vanilla Swirl Coca-Cola, Fanta Orange Dream, and Red Bull Dragonberry Energizer.
