Spokane Man Leaves Behind Legacy of Family, Music, and DIY Projects

Robert D. Hutchinson, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away on September 10, 2026, at the age of 92 in Spokane, Washington.

Hutchinson grew up in the Spokane area and graduated from Mead High School in 1972. He met his wife, Ramona, in 1977, and together they built a life centered around family, love, and simplicity.

He was known for his ability to fix or build anything, often working on projects in his shop surrounded by music, which was another constant part of his life. Hutchinson's grandchildren cherished their time with him, especially during their Home Depot days together.
