Square 9 Softworks is showcasing its generative AI-powered Intelligent Document Processing at Community Summit in Nashville, Tennessee. The platform captures information from documents and external sources, transforming unstructured content into clean, usable data that can be securely shared with Microsoft Dynamics and other business systems.

According to Square 9, up to 90% of critical operational data remains trapped in unstructured formats, including paper invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor forms. Traditional methods of extracting this information, such as manual data entry or relying on templates, can be time-consuming and error-prone.

At Community Summit, Square 9 will demonstrate how its platform can help businesses automate processes like accounts payable, order processing, contract management, and vendor onboarding by turning unstructured document data into ERP-ready information.
