Square 9 Softworks is harnessing the power of generative AI to unlock more value from Microsoft Dynamics. The company's Intelligent Document Processing platform captures information from documents and external sources, transforming unstructured content into clean, usable data that can be securely shared with Dynamics.

The issue is that up to 90% of critical operational data remains trapped in unstructured formats, such as paper invoices, purchase orders, contracts, and vendor forms. Traditional methods of extracting this information, including manual data entry and relying on templates, are time-consuming and prone to errors.

At the Community Summit in Nashville, Tennessee, Square 9 will showcase how its AI-powered platform can add significant value to ERP systems by helping businesses leverage more of their information. The company's CEO, Stephen Young, stated that generative AI gives organizations a way to capture information from documents they already rely on, transform it into usable data, and make that information actionable within Dynamics.

During the summit, attendees will see how Square 9's platform can support real-world processes such as accounts payable, order processing, contract management, and vendor onboarding. The company will also demonstrate its no-code workflows, which connect captured information to Dynamics 365 Business Central and Dynamics GP.
