Redmond-based Starcloud has raised $250 million in a Series A extension funding round, valuing the company at $2.3 billion.

This is an increase from March's announcement of a $170 million Series A round that valued the company at $1.1 billion.

The latest investment was led by Manhattan West and included participation from existing investors such as Benchmark and Nvidia, which has been collaborating with Starcloud on its orbital data centers.

Starcloud's collaboration with Nvidia began when it flew the first Nvidia H100 GPU to orbit aboard its Starcloud-1 satellite in November 2025.

The company is working towards building a constellation of 88,000 satellites and 20 gigawatts of orbital compute capacity.
