A state-linked Chinese financier, Semi-Tech Leasing Group Co., helped purchase over 700 servers from Glory View Technology Co. and its Shenzhen unit between August 2025 and May, including at least 32 systems using Nvidia's high-end Blackwell family processors.

The B300 chip is part of the Blackwell series that Washington bars from being sold into China without explicit approval.

Semi-Tech Leasing was formed in 2015 by the China Integrated Circuit Industry Investment Fund, known as the Big Fund, to channel financing into chipmaking.

The company has pushed beyond chip projects into data center buildouts and is not publicly listed, so it doesn't break out its spending in detail.
