Stevens Sells Another $300M in Nvidia Stock Amid Record Revenue Growth
Nvidia shares experienced a slight decline in overnight trading after a six-day winning streak. The company's director, Mark Stevens, sold another $300 million worth of stock on September 18.
According to a Form 4 filing, Stevens sold approximately 1.4 million shares at an average price of $219.72. This sale brings the total value of his Nvidia holdings to around $640 million after he sold nearly $350 million in two transactions earlier this month.
Nvidia has reported impressive revenue growth, with a 106% increase in its latest quarter driven by a 117% jump in data-center sales. CEO Jensen Huang stated that AI demand is accelerating as frontier labs and startups scale their systems.
