Stevens Unloads Another $300M in Nvidia Shares

Nvidia director Mark Stevens has made another significant share sale, selling around $300M worth of shares on September 18. The sale consisted of 1.356M shares sold at a weighted-average price of $219.72 and another 10,000 shares at a weighted-average price of $220.42.

The shares were held through the Third Millennium Trust, which Stevens and his wife co-trustee.

This latest disposal is part of a series of large NVIDIA share sales by Stevens, following transactions reported on September 2 and September 8 worth about $410M and $235M respectively.

Including this sale, Stevens has disclosed around $946.63M in NVIDIA share sales since August 31.
