Stitch Statue Returns to Its Spot Above World of Disney Sign

Stitch, the beloved Disney character from Lilo & Stitch, has returned to its spot above the World of Disney sign in Disney Springs at Walt Disney World. The large blue alien was removed earlier this summer for maintenance and refurbishment work.

A recent visit to Disney Springs revealed that Stitch is back in place, grinning as it holds its arms out over the World of Disney sign. It appears that the statue has undergone some cleaning during its time backstage at Walt Disney World's North Marina, where a new Magic Kingdom ferryboat is under construction.
