Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Group Inc., a Japanese financial services company, has reduced its stake in The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE: KO) by cutting its position by 3.1% in the second quarter.

The firm owned approximately 9.22 million shares of Coca-Cola's stock after selling 290,939 shares during the quarter.

This represents about 0.21% of Coca-Cola's outstanding shares and a total value of $749.32 million.
