Microsoft's upcoming Surface Laptop Ultra may undercut Apple's MacBook Pro in price, according to a recent leak from Roland Quandt. The Surface Laptop Ultra features a 15-inch Mini LED display and is expected to be powered by Nvidia RTX Spark.

The leaker speculates that there will be a tier system for the laptop, allowing users to choose between different levels of performance and price. He estimates that the base model with an RTX Spark chip, 32 GB of RAM, and 1 TB of storage could cost around €2,000.

This would make the Surface Laptop Ultra more expensive than the current Surface Laptop 8 but cheaper than Apple's MacBook Pro 16. Quandt notes that this price would be for a lower-end RTX Spark chip, while higher-end variants like the RTX Spark N1X could cost at least $2,899 in the US.
