Table View FC Targets Historic Coca-Cola Cup Final Appearance
Table View FC is set to make history by reaching their first Coca-Cola Cup final in the club's 41-year existence. The team, led by head coach Fortune 'Professor' Ndlovu, has consistently been a top-three team in the Cape Town region and has now made it to the semi-finals for the first time.
The team has had an impressive run in the competition, with victories over Primrose (5-1), Belhar Spurs (4-1), Ashford Athletic (4-1), and Dynamos (2-1). Ndlovu expressed his confidence in the team's ability to reach the final, saying 'I believe we can do it, and the players believe it too.'
The club's chairman, Paul Nathan, praised the team's achievement, stating that this is a first for the club in recent history. The semi-final match will be against Saxon Rovers at Westridge Sports Complex on Sunday.
