Take-Two Interactive, the parent company of Rockstar Games, has issued subpoenas to Microsoft and Discord in an effort to identify who is behind the recent Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay leaks. The leaks, which appeared on social media earlier this week, showed gameplay of one of the game's main characters driving, playing basketball, flying a plane, and brawling.

The subpoenas request information linked to Discord accounts and servers believed to be behind the leaks, including an account called 'CYBERLEEK' that posted the leaked gameplay on Discord and X (X has since suspended the account). Take-Two is also asking for data from Microsoft's GitHub website, where the leaks were initially posted.

The company is seeking account IDs, registration emails, IP addresses, phone numbers, and linked accounts and content related to Grand Theft Auto from a OneDrive account. The information must be provided by September 4th.
