Take-Two Interactive Software, the parent company of Grand Theft Auto-maker Rockstar Games, has filed subpoenas against Google and X Corp to identify the anonymous leaker known as Cyberleek. The leaker has been actively sharing GTA 6 leaks online, including gameplay videos, polls, and map images.

The subpoenas were filed on Aug. 21 in the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of New York. Take-Two is seeking to unmask the leaker's digital footprints and remove infringing content from the web.

Cyberleek has been releasing new Grand Theft Auto VI gameplay videos daily, despite YouTube, X, and Discord removing infringing content. The game is scheduled for release on Nov. 19, after being in development for over a decade.
