Take-Two, the parent company of Rockstar Games, has issued multiple subpoenas in a federal court to gather information from Microsoft and Discord. The move is part of an ongoing investigation into the source of recent GTA 6 gameplay videos that have leaked onto the internet.

The subpoenas were filed on August 20 in the New York Southern District Court under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Take-Two is seeking identifying information associated with user accounts on Discord servers, including one belonging to DarkViperAU, an Australian GTA content creator known as Matthew 'Matt' Judge.

The investigation follows a series of leaks that have emerged over the past week, with six apparent gameplay videos released online. The latest video, which contains supercar gameplay, advertises a memecoin and includes a watermark reading 'HIGHER MARKET CAP = MORE LEEKS.'
